Silver

  • Personalized product recommendations based on skin type, makeup preferences, and budget.

  • A curated shopping list with recommended makeup products, including brand names, shades, and price estimates.

  • Links to purchase products online or suggested in-store options.

  • No in-person or direct shopping assistance. Client purchases items on their own.

Best for: Clients who want professional recommendations but prefer to shop independently.

 

Gold

  • Everything in the Silver package PLUS:

  • Personal shopping service where the makeup shopper selects and purchases products on behalf of the client.

  • Product selection tailored to the client's needs and budget (client pays separately for products).

  • Kit assembly: all products are organized and presented in a ready-to-use package.

  • Local pickup or shipping options available (shipping costs may apply).

Best for: Clients who want someone to handle the shopping and put together a complete makeup kit.

Platinum

  • Everything in the Gold package PLUS:

  • Kit organization: makeup products are arranged in a neat and ready-to-use system.

  • A mini tutorial (15 - 30 minutes) on how to use the purchased products, including tips for application and product layering.

  • Virtual or in-person tutorial (depending on location and availability)

  • Customized product guide with usage instructions for each item in the kit.

Best for: Clients who want a fully customized experience, including hands-on guidance on how to use their new makeup products.

Terms & Conditions

By submitting this for, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.


  1. Service Fee & Payment: The personal makeup shopper service fee is seperate from the cost of makeup products. Payment for the Personal Makeup Shopper Service must be paid in full before any shopping begins.

  2. Makeup Kit Payment: The client is responsibla for covering the cost of all makeup products. Payment for the selected makeup kit must be completed before the items are purchased.

  3. Refunds & Cancellations: The personal shopper service fee is non-refundable once shopping has begun. If you cancel before shopping starts, you may receive a 50% refund of the service fee.

  4. Returns & Exchanges: Any refunds or exchanges for purchased products are subject to the store's policies and must be handled directly by the client.

  5. Budget Responsibility: The client must provide a clear budget for their makeup kit. Any additional costs beyond the agreed budget must be approved and paid before purchase.

  6. Delivery & Pickup: Clients will receive their makeup kit via local pickup or shipping (shipping fees may apply). The personal shopper is not responsible for shipping delays or damages caused by third-party carriers.

  7. Liability/Use of Products: The personal shopper is not resposible for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities. Clients are encouraged to review ingredients before list.
